It’s your Birthright to have a mobile and pain free Body.

As a former student athlete, I’ve dealt with my fair share of pain. Some include, knee tendinitis , plantar fasciitis, tight hips and lower back pain.

Pain and limitation in the body is often just our bodies’ way of telling us that we need to address our flexibility and movement.

When this is taken care of, you will gain the ability to move more freely and pain free.

The goal is to tap into your physical potential. It can be very difficult to build momentum in your fitness journey if you are constantly in pain, and in most cases, it is the debilitating factor when trying to be consistent with your training.

Rule #1 Regain range of motion

Track your flexibility progress through the use of baselines that measure your “movement freedom”.

Rule #2 Strengthen your range of motion

In most cases, injuries tend to happen two different ways: one could be a lack in one’s range of motion to begin with ,and the other is being flexible but not yet being strong in end range positions. This is why we push to build considerable strength in flexible positions.
