Nate Spencer is a personal trainer, Animal Flow instructor, and stretching & flexibility specialist with over 10 years of experience. A former collegiate basketball player turned movement enthusiast, Nate uses deep stretching, mobility work, and strength training to help clients move pain-free and build a stronger connection with their bodies.
